"This was an excellent service. I contacted the company on WhatsApp and they gave me options for either Na Meo or Lao Bao; I chose Na Meo, as it's closer to Ha Noi. They handled my visa for Laos within a day and returned my passport, then arranged for a private car to pick me up at my hotel with two other passengers. The drive was seven hours there and seven hours back, and while on the Laotian border there is a small restaurant to rest and grab a bite to eat before heading back. The Vietnamese visas are handled by the company and sent by phone when ready; however, if you go early you have to be at the Vietnamese embassy before 12:00 noon with your visa, as they close and do not open again until 1:30. The countryside is very beautiful, overall I enjoyed the experience. Exhausting, but would happily do it again (the overall price is about the same for a visa run to Bangkok, minus hotel expenses)."
